Welcome to MagentaWeb
MagentaWeb is designed to be a lightweight platform on which a wide range of proprietary standards and apps can be used. At MagentaWeb, we place great importance on data protection (as long as you don't live in the US) and operate in the European Union in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation. If we/I ever start to set up or expand a server network, we will not have a single byte of data or any servers in the USA, due to the Cloud Act and other acts that require or enable the authorities of the United States of America (USA) to access our data in any form. Furthermore, if a US authority needs our data for any reason, it too (and especially it) must fill out a data request form in typical German fashion. Processing this form can take months or even years, given the speed of German authorities, but since we are in Germany and the operator of MagentaWeb does not like US data security and data protection, it should also be noted that, as with the IRS (the US tax authority, equivalent to the “Finanzamt” in Germany), the smallest error will result in immediate rejection.
